Fall Festival, A Wonderful Family Night At Grady Elementary
Come to the Grady Elementary Fall Festival on Friday, October 20, 2017, from 5 pm to 7:30 on Campus.
Teachers and parent volunteers are working together to provide you with wonderful family entertainment. There will be two inflatable play areas: a giant inflatable obstacle course with a slide and a bounce house. There will be snow cones, popcorn, hot dogs and baked goods.
Most importantly there will be Games, Games and more Games!! The games include: Ghost Bowling, the Pumpkin Ring Toss, Skee Ball, the Spooktacular Sack Race, Pumpkin Stacking and even an R2D2-themed game of Operation. Prizes will be given to each game player. Also, there will be the "Bootique" with hair and nail painting booths, face painting, temporary tattoo booths, scary feel and mystery boxes. This event provides hours of fun, food and family time.
In addition, if the Book Fair generates $10,000.00 in revenue, Media Specialist Nick Tsourakis will be SLIMED! The public sliming will take place during the festival and promises to be exciting.
Admission to the festival itself is free for children and adults, but the games, bounce houses, "Bootique" and food cost money. Without a wristband, game tickets are $1 each, and each food item is also purchased with a $1 ticket, except for the donation-only bake sale, which benefits the fifth grade.
You can purchase a wristband for your child that entitles each child to unlimited games, bouncing, "Bootique" visits, snow cones and popcorn. Wristbands are just $20 for the first child and $15 for each additional wristband. This is a substantial discount from the day-of-event wristband price of $25. To purchase a wristband using our Cisco-certified secure online registration and payment system (all credit cards accepted), please click here: Fall Festival Wristband Order Form. If you wish to pay by cash or check, keep an eye out for wristband order forms coming home in backpacks. The deadline to pre-order wristbands is October 17, 2017.
Wristband pick up is will-call style at the event. All wristbands will be available for pick up on the night of the Fall Festival at the PTA table. You’ll be asked for the name and teacher of the student under whose name you made the wristband reservation.
Please purchase wristband(s) for your child(ren) today: Fall Festival Wristband Order Form, and come out to enjoy our wonderful Fall Festival.
