Online Sign Up for Grady ASE Clubs

Thank you for your interest in Grady clubs.  The online sign up period for Winter 2017 Grady After School Enrichment Clubs will open Nov. 17.  For late sign ups, which are dependent on club availability, please email ASE Club Connection, Norma Maiz, at connection@gradytigers.org.

To enroll your child in a club, please click on the club, fill out the form, and use our Certified secure link to pay by credit card via PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. If you wish to pay by check, paper forms will be available in the office. Signing up online has the advantage that you will immediately know if your child is accepted into the club and you be able to see the number of club participant spaces that remain in the club.

Notice: By signing my child up for Grady PTA’s ASE Club program, I give permission for my child to participate in the activity listed above and authorize the adult leaders supervising this activity to administer emergency treatment to my child for any accident or illness and to act in my stead in approving necessary medical care. I consent to use of photographs, movies or videotapes of my child participating in ASE Club activities for use in the Grady yearbook, newsletter and website. I agree that my child and I will abide by the Grady Elementary Code of Conduct while participating in clubs and that my child’s participation is at the discretion of Grady Elementary PTA. There will be no switching clubs after the first week and no refunds for club fees. There will be a $20 fee for late (more than 15 minutes) pick-ups from clubs.
