To those unfamiliar with our website, there is a calendar of school events, which can be downloaded with iCalednar if desired (click here: Calendar). 

To volunteer at school, you must go online to this link: Background Check Application for Volunteers, click on the word “Apply” on the left side of the page and fill out the forms (you will need your driver's license number).  This background check application is separate from any application to volunteer at Grady and it replaces the SERVE system that existed previously.  When you do volunteer at Grady, please always sign into the school’s computer and log your hours.  This is for security and it helps our school because Grady can win awards in connection with the number of volunteers and volunteer hours logged by the school. 

Teamwork Imprinted Sportswear, located at 2403 S. Dale Mabry (tel: 813-258-0331), sells Grady logo uniform shirts and Grady Spirit Shirts.  Teamwork presently has a full supply of 2016-17 Grady “Earning Our Stripes” spirit shirts for sale for $10 + tax.  Teamwork is open 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.  Spirit shirts may be worn to school on Fridays. 

Grady’s Fourth Grade Battle of the Books List is now available.  Parents do not need to buy the books as they are available in the library and in fourth grade classrooms, but if fourth graders are looking for good books to read, this list has some great ideas.  (click here: Battle Books List).
