Club Parent Volunteers
Thank you for your willingness to consider volunteering with ASE Clubs! Volunteer roles are described below and are needed for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. You can pick just one role on one day or multiple roles if you prefer. If you are available for more, we would love to have you, just let us know when you are available. All volunteer roles are a 11 week commitment (9 weeks Mondays) for as little as 30 mins per week. If you are unable to make it for a week or two, we will have alternates.
Sign up to volunteer by Thursday , 8/19 to guarantee early club registration. We will reach out to you by 8/25 to confirm which volunteer role we are asking you to fill.

Volunteer Descriptions
Arrivals volunteer: Help facilitate student club check-in (Mon: 12:40pm - 1:20pm, T & W: 1:40pm - 2:20pm)
Arrivals volunteer: Help facilitate student club check-in (Mon: 12:40pm - 1:20pm, T & W: 1:40pm - 2:20pm)

Dismissal volunteer: Help facilitate car-line dismissal for all club students (Mon: 2:00pm - 2:30pm, T & W 3:00pm - 3:30pm)

Club Assistant: Assist a club vendor during club time with student management, Arrivals, Dismissals, and activities as needed (ie. Cooking club, lego) (Mon: 12:40pm - 2:30pm, T & W: 1:40pm - 3:30pm)
*Full Club scholarship (for 1 club) available to these volunteers*
On-site coordinator: Be the primary point of contact for all clubs, vendors and volunteers from arrivals to dismissals. (Mon: 12:40pm - 2:30pm, T & W 1:40pm - 3:30pm)

Alternate: Can't commit to a full club session, we always need alternates. Volunteer to be on alternate list, for when volunteers have prescheduled days off or have a last minute situation arise.
