EXAMPLE OF “THANK YOU” NOTE

THANK YOU for supporting the Grady Elementary PTA! This year we are raising money for continued classroom technology projects that will benefit both our brick & mortar and eLearning students and other schoolwide improvement projects at Grady. 

My goal is to raise $50 and complete 5,000 steps per day. This year, Tiger Trek will be a week-long event! We will be raising money together as a school regardless of whether I am elearning or in-person. Our first fund-raising goal is to raise $15,000. When we reach that goal, all students and staff will receive a short-sleeve Grady Tiger Trek t- shirt that can be worn on School Spirit Fridays. Our “reach” goal is to raise $30,000; and if/when we hit that goal, all students and staff will receive both a short-sleeve Grady Tiger Trek t- shirt and a long sleeve Tiger Trek t-shirt for those colder days in Jan/February. . Thanks to the contributions of local business sponsors. 

I plan to return my donation envelope prior to the event on September 21st.  Thanks again for your generosity!
