From the Grady Yearbook Committee

You can buy your yearbook online with a major credit card at, using the online school code: 112045.   If you prefer to pay by cash or check, you can send the money in a yearbook envelope at the front desk in the school office.  Checks need to be made to Grady Elementary PTA.

In order to provide more pages in the yearbook for pictures of our students in school events, there will be a limited number of pages for dedication ads.  Dedication ads are reserved for 5th grade students and Leader of the Pack and Bengal Family Partners only and must be paid in person.  

You are free to submit as many photos of school events as you like for submission in the yearbook.  If you have a great picture of your child with friends at a school event, please send it to, and it may be included in the yearbook. If submitting multiple pictures that you would like to have considered, you can leave a USB inside a Ziploc-style bag with your contact information with the front office, and it will be returned to you once the pictures have been uploaded.

We are currently creating the pages for the yearbook, so there will be set deadlines for you to submit pictures you want considered. Also, keep in mind that depending on the number of pictures submitted, not all pictures are guaranteed to be included.

Important Dates: 

Deadline to purchase yearbook: March 9, 2018

Deadline to buy Fifth Grade dedication ads: January 31, 2018

Deadline to submit September and October event pictures: November 31, 2017

Deadline to submit November event pictures: December 15, 2017

Deadline to submit December event pictures: January 15, 2018

Deadline to submit January event pictures: February 15, 2018

Deadline to submit February event pictures: February 28, 2018

Any picture submitted after February 28, 2018 will not be able to be included in the printed version of the yearbook.
