May 4, the day of Grady's Spring Musical, Dig It, A Tale of Ancient Civilizations, is a busy day. Here is a schedule of the day's activities:
Students come to school with thank you cards for teachers. Print color cards here: Super Teacher Thank You Cards.
7:30 am, in front of school, purchase raffle tickets and place them in raffle baskets (cash/check/charge); bid on silent auction items, which can be seen here: Auction & Raffle Items.
7:45 am set up Pavilion chairs. Volunteer to set up chairs here: Volunteer to Set Up Chairs.
11:00 am until 8:30 pm – Lenny’s Family Day – eat at Lenny’s, 4050 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33609, mention Grady at the register and Grady gets 15% of your purchase. Lenny's is staying open late for this event and they will be matching the monies raised by the families -- so this is effectively a 30% return on family night.
4:00 pm until 5:30 pm and then 7:00 pm utnil 7:30 pm in the Kathryn Hance Media Center, Book Fair stays open late.
4:00 pm until 9 pm – PDQ Family Night – eat at PDQ, 2207 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33629, mention Grady at the register and Grady gets 20% of your purchase.
5:00 pm, Pavilion, raffle and silent auction items again available for bidding.
5:30 pm PTA general membership meeting and election.
6:00 pm Spring Musical, Dig It, begins
7:00 pm Spring Musical ends, please help take down chairs
7:00 pm Raffle and Silent Auction winners announced, no need to be present to win, winners will be contacted via phone and may pick up their prizes in the front office on Friday.
7:30 pm Book Fair closes for the evening.
